What is AMN offering me?
A year of CSurgeries membership, covered by AMN Healthcare as a benefit for its physicians: a way to earn CME around your schedule, and to see how other surgeons do the procedures you do. No cost, no card, no expense claim.
What is CSurgeries?
A peer-reviewed surgical video journal, founded by surgeons in 2013. 600+ real procedures, filmed in the operating room, narrated by the surgeon who performed them and reviewed by surgeons in that specialty before publication. 45,000 surgeons use it.
What's included?
Full membership for twelve months: the whole library, CME credit on every video, your CME dashboard and certificate, and the option to publish your own cases — two published videos earn a featured surgeon profile.
How do the CME credits work?
Watch a video, answer a few questions, earn 0.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Up to 20 credits over the membership, at your own pace, no monthly limit. Your certificate on the CME dashboard lists each activity, date and credit — that's what your board needs. Jointly provided with CineMed under ACCME accreditation.
Is there content for my specialty?
The library covers 48 specialties. Filter by yours from the first screen; new cases are added monthly as surgeons submit them.
How do I start?
Activate above — about a minute. Then pick a video in your specialty, watch it, answer the questions. Works on your phone.
I already have a CSurgeries account.
Register with the same email. Your AMN membership is added to that account and you keep your history and saved videos.
How long does it last, and what happens after?
Twelve months from the day you activate. After that you keep your login, your saved videos and every credit you've earned; your certificate stays downloadable. Full library and CME access end unless you continue as a member.
What if I leave AMN?
Nothing changes. Your access runs to the end of your twelve months and your credits stay on your record.
