Dr. Gresham Richter is a renowned medical professional with a profound impact on the field of pediatric surgery.

As a Professor, Vice Chair, and Chief of Pediatric Otolaryngology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and Arkansas Children’s (AC), Dr. Richter exhibited excellence in both clinical practice and groundbreaking research.

A product of the University of Colorado, Dr.Richter’s expertise extends to Pediatric Otolaryngology and Vascular Anomalies, areas where he has published over 90 manuscripts, authored 2 books, and contributed 30 book chapters. 

For his work, Dr. Richter has been recognized as one of the "Best Doctors in America" for five consecutive years and the distinguished recipient of the Hamlen and Siebert Endowed Chair in Pediatric Otolaryngology. He was also the past chair-holder of the Benjamin and Milton Waner Endowed Chair in Pediatric Facial Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery.

He also founded the Arkansas Vascular Biology Program, a pioneering laboratory at AC dedicated to unraveling complex vascular lesions and pioneering new therapies.

As an entrepreneur and CEO of CSurgeries, Dr. Richter continues to spearhead innovative initiatives that transcend the boundaries of medical innovation.
