Ultrasound-guided diagnostic injections for thoracic outlet syndrome, demonstrating two targets: an anterior and middle scalene injection and a pectoralis minor injection, with sonoanatomy, needle placement, and local anesthetic spread to help localize the site of neurovascular compression.
