CSurgeries welcomes its new CSOO, Claudia Ecobici

CSurgeries is thrilled to announce Claudia Ecobici as our new Chief Strategy and Operations Officer! Claudia brings over 15 years of global experience in business growth strategy and marketing, perfectly aligning with CSurgeries’ mission to revolutionize surgical education around the world.

Claudia completed her Master’s degree at Sorbonne University in Paris and earned her MBA before continuing her studies at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Her career spans diverse teams and projects, from streamlining operations and developing growth strategies for successful startups.

Building on CSurgeries’ Strengths

CSurgeries drew Claudia in with its commitment to transforming surgical training through a modern and user-centric approach.  “I was particularly impressed by the company’s dedication to innovation and its clear vision for the future of surgical training,” she states.  “CSurgeries offered a unique opportunity to leverage my skills and experience to make a real difference in the lives of surgeons, trainees and clinicians around the world.”

As Chief Strategy and Operations Officer, Claudia has ambitious goals for CSurgeries. “My focus will be on enhancing operational efficiency, expanding our global reach, fostering a culture of innovation, and ultimately elevating the training experience for our users,” she explains. “Everything we do at CSurgeries is centered around improving surgical training and knowledge sharing.”

Claudia is confident that her expertise will be instrumental in attaining CSurgeries’ goals. “I’m very excited to leverage my experience in building high-performing teams to cultivate an environment of collaboration and innovation within CSurgeries,” she notes. “My strategic vision, coupled with my ability to build strong teams and drive results, will have a significant impact on the company’s growth in the years to come. 

Shaping the Future of Surgical Training

Claudia is particularly enthusiastic about upcoming initiatives such as the upcoming upgrade of the CSurgeries platform.  “These changes have the potential to expand the platform’s reach further and attract more users,” she shares.  “I’m eager to play a role in their success and work with our team to develop new and innovative ways to improve surgical training and collaboration within the medical community.”

Claudia’s leadership as well as her passion for innovation and surgical training will undoubtedly play a key role in propelling CSurgeries forward.
