Women in Surgical Education

Women in Surgical Education (WISE) is an organization that encourages women to pursue careers in the surgical fields, where women have historically been in the minority. We aim to connect current and aspiring women surgeons, to provide a support network, and to guide women as they achieve their personal and professional goals.
