Labat Sciatic Nerve Block

Sciatic nerve block via the classic transgluteal Labat approach, demonstrating surface landmarks—the line from the greater trochanter to the posterior superior iliac spine, the midline, and the greater trochanter to sacral hiatus line—to identify the needle insertion point.

Hyperhidrosis Botox

Treatment of palmar hyperhidrosis with botulinum toxin. A median and ulnar nerve block is performed first for painless administration, followed by marking of approximately 50 injection sites and intradermal injection of 150 units of Botox across the palm.

Ultrasound-guided cryoneurolysis of the tibial nerve via an 18-gauge introducer, showing ice-ball formation at the nerve. Demonstrated in a lower-limb amputee for management of residual/phantom limb pain, concluding with the patient ambulating pain-free.

Ultrasound-Guided Suprazygomatic Maxillary Nerve Block for Cleft Lip Repair in Pediatric Patients

This video demonstrates the bilateral suprazygomatic maxillary nerve (SZMN) block performed using both landmark-based and ultrasound-guided techniques for intraoperative and postoperative analgesia in a 12-month-old child undergoing cleft palate repair. The maxillary nerve, located within the pterygopalatine fossa, is the second division of the trigeminal nerve (V2) and is a purely sensory nerve that supplies sensation to the midface, including the palate.
