This video demonstrates robot-assisted pyeloplasty in a pediatric patient. The procedure illustrates the robotic approach to reconstruction of the ureteropelvic junction. The video focuses on operative exposure, identification of the renal pelvis and proximal ureter, dissection of the ureteropelvic junction, and preparation for reconstruction. Particular attention is given to preservation of the ureteral blood supply, spatulation of the ureter, and construction of a tension-free anastomosis. The case highlights the use of robotic visualization and articulated instruments for precise dissection and intracorporeal suturing. This video provides a practical teaching reference for minimally invasive pediatric reconstructive urologic surgery.
