Venolymphatic malformations are common in the head and neck affecting up to 40% of patients. Tongue involvement can be quite uncomfortable with bleeding, pain, and ulceration. We demonstrate the use of the True Blue 445nm laser for treating an oral mucosal tongue venolymphatic malformation.
