Congenital abnormalities resulting in hypertelorism, facial asymmetry, craniosynostosis, etc.

supine, shoulder roll with neutral head position, nasal intubation, general anesthesia, tube sutured to membranous portion of caudal septum. Formation of palatine splint and placement of lateral tarsorrhaphies.
