23 gauge vitrectomy pack. Intravitreal triamcinolone and indocyanine green for staining of membranes.
Full ophthalmologic examination. Preoperative optical coherence tomography to assess macular contour.
Eye, vitreous, retina, macula.
Removal of epiretinal membrane. Improvement of visual acuity and reduction of distortion.
Inadvertent retinal touch.
